Gang Sheet Transfers

Upload Your Gang Sheet

Fill your sheet with as many logos, designs, and vibrant graphics as you want! To ensure your transfers print crisp, clean, and perfectly vibrant, please follow our design guidelines below.

🛠️ File Requirements & Setup

  • Format: PNG (with transparent background).
  • Backgrounds: Avoid solid white or colored backgrounds around your artwork unless you want that color printed. What you upload is exactly what will be printed, so remember to make anything you don’t want included transparent.
  • Resolution: Must be 300 DPI at the exact size you want it printed. Low-resolution images will look blurry or pixelated.
  • Color Mode: Please submit your files in RGB. Our system will automatically handle the conversion for printing.
  • Tiny Details: Keep your lines and text at least 0.04 inches (about 3 pixels at 300 DPI) thick. Lines thinner than this may not hold adhesive powder or stick properly to your garments.

📐 Dimensions & Layout Guidelines

  • Maximum Width: Your gang sheet must be exactly 22 inches wide or less. This leaves a safe margin for our printing equipment.
  • Sheet Length: What you provide us is exactly what we will print. For example, if you give us a file that converts to 22” wide and 36” in length, that is what we will print unless you specify otherwise.
  • Safe Margins: Leave at least 0.25 inches of empty space along all edges of your sheet.
  • Spacing Out Your Art: Leave at least 0.25 to 0.5 inches of space between individual designs so you have plenty of room to cut them apart when they arrive.
  • No Overlapping: Double-check that your graphics don’t overlap or touch, unless you want them printed that way. Remember, what you upload is what you will get.

⚠️ Important Checklist Before Submitting

  • All images have a completely transparent background.
  • The file is not mirrored or flipped. We will automatically mirror your art for printing!
  • Artwork is high-quality and not blurry when zoomed to 100% size.

Showcasing Our Work, Delivering Excellence

"While I have made designs before, I had never had shirts made with the designs printed or heat pressed on them. Alessandra and AP Interactive made it easy. I didn’t know what the process was, but Alessandra took me through each step and made it easy. Her prices are very good and extremely reasonable, she is very professional and she isn’t happy unless you’re happy with the product. From the price to the process to the professionalism, I would highly recommend AP Interactive to anyone looking for creative shirts for marketing, promotional or just a fun event."
